2014 honda rincon in limp mode

I recently sunk my rincon 680 and when I got it out it stopped shifting I took it to the dealer and had them look at it and they said it was just water in the oil so they flushed out the engine and it costed me $500. When I got it home I took it for a ride and it still wasn’t shifting. Has anybody had this happen to them and if so what did you do to fix it?

Honda Rincon Oil Pump Sprocket

I took my Rincon apart to change the oil pump chain and noticed that the oil pump sprocket has some play in it and the oil pump shaft moves back and forth a little I just want to know if that’s normal or not

09 rincon 680 transmission problem

Recently my reverse wouldn’t engage so I purchased a new shift cable. I changed it and before hooking up I tried to manually put it in forward neutral and reverse. My reverse worked but not my forward. I tried again and now it is stuck in reverse. Plz help I have no clue what to do. I know it had to be in the transmission but would can it be please and thanks

Electrical issue?

Saw a cheap 680 on a local board. Described as

It’s a 2007 Honda rincon with a 2 inch lift big red gear reduction fresh rebuild on top end. It runs great just has an electrical issue throwing the oil temp light, FI light, and won’t show what gear it is in but will run and drive no problem until it kicks back and busts the magnet in the starter. The shop I just got it out of told me to carry it to the Honda shop because the didn’t have the computers to fix it. But they said the fuel injection needed to be reset

Any idea what would cause this? The gear issue sounds like a gear position switch maybe, but not sure about the other, especially the "kick back and busts the magnet in the starter"….:ph34r:
