Aftermarket CDI box?

Are these things worth the money or is it snake oil? I know they eliminate the limiters, but is there any performance gain?

I was looking at a Pro-Com CDI on E-Bay for $118.

Won’t start

So as heading says. I started up my quad to load to go away. And it stalled out. So I went to restart it and now all it does is crank. I can hear that fuel pump working. Took
Out spark plug and looks to b getting spark. Not sure what else to look for. Haven’t touched it. Battery good. Any help thanks

2016 grizzly/Kodiak and………….

After reading up on the new grizzly/ Kodiak atv’s I find myself wondering if there’s more to come or is that it. The riding that I do (tight trails) begs for a quad like the 450 grizzly like I have now with a 43" width & albeit not a powerhouse by any means still goes more places than the bigger bikes I ride with due to its narrow stance which works real nice when we come up to the numerous narrow bridges in my area. The new Kodiak with its narrow stance is still 3 1/2" wider than my 450.
Guess I’ll just keep dreaming of that FI 450/500cc grizzly with its small chassis that goes everywhere.
Looks like the bigger the better mentality has made my bike extinct!

’12 550 EPS Camo Pricing

Hey guys, I think the time has come to offer my wife’s Grizzly to someone that will enjoy it. I need some help in determining what I should be asking for it. Located in Pocono area of PA. I’m thinking that I may pick up a SXS so that we can ride together. She’s just not comfortable handling a quad anymore.

The machine is a ’12 EPS with about 600 miles, all stock with warn winch and cycle country plow. I still have 2 years of yamaha’s extended warranty left (till April, ’17). Let me know what you think I should be asking.

Battery jumper

2014, 450 Grizzly. I used to have a second battery w/jumpers on my ATV for various reasons. Recently I bought a battery jumper unit that’s no bigger than your I-phone. Puts out 200-400 CCA and will hold it for up to six months. It also has other charging capabilities. My ATV battery puts out about 220 CCA. I recently had the opportunity to test it’s abilities on a Polaris Sportsman with a dead battery. Fired right up.

I paid a little over 100 bucks for mine from Bulldog Verizon, but I see they are available on Amazon for less than that. There is another company that sells similar units for less.
Helped me solve a concern I’ve had for some time cause I am usually by myself and probably not physically able to pull the recoil starter add on that’s available from the dealer.
Solved my problem, perhaps it can help you.
I solved the ATV pull start, but that’s not much help when I am alone.
Thanks, Tom/Idaho
