I found a Grizzly near me in my price range that im going to look at and was wondering if there is anything special i should be looking at?
Its a 2007 with power steering and has 12,300 miles. Yes i typed that right.. twelve thousand miles!
The guy is the original owner and has service records of all work done to it over the years, all routine maintenance he said.
It does need a lower ball joint and thats the only major thing that has ever been wrong with it. He is going to fix the ball joint and is asking $3000

Hello everyone I’m just posting a quick question about brake pads for my 02 yamaha grizzly 660. I’m in need of some good high quality brakes that are good with mud and snow but won’t break the bank to bad. I have looked on a few sites but I’m just seeing what everyone’s personal goto brake pads are and how well they perform. I need complete brake replacements front and rear. If you know of good quality pads drop a link and tell me about them thanks for the help.

Oh I have an additional questions to ask, how would I put a manual override switch for the radiator fan to control when I need it on. I have been suffering from the fan not turning on when my grizzly is running hot? Also what,does everyone use or recommend as a good replacement for radiator fluid?

Ok so I have a question. When I checked my pod settings on my grizz I noticed I am in spec in the closed setting but only hit 90 at full throttle. Do I have a problem somewhere?

Goin up a good hill today and she started to spit & sputter. Scared the crap outta me. Stopped & heared bubbling from gas tank. I’d say boil but gas was ice cold. Few things tho. Recently took the heat shield off by the side panel and wrapped with titanium wrap. The bushings wore out and it rattled pretty good. 2. Bolt seized and broke on muffler tip. Right now I have jb weld in the hole but u can tell it’s not sealed right by the black around the spark arrestor and I’m getting extra sputter noises on deceleration. Could these minor issues cause the bubbling?? I’ve read about rollover valve as well. Part number?? Any tips or advise on a better way to patch muffler tip? Thank ya GC nation!!

iwas give a 97 grizzly 600, the oil temp light keeps coming on, I am not a 4 wheeler guy but it looks like it is oil cooled due to the fact that I don’t see a radiator. I found the oil fill but what kind of oil does it take? and how often do you fill it? thanks in advance!
