I’m in the middle of putting a 3500 Pro Advantage winch and winch plate in. I have the Pro Advantage front plow mount witch I love and decided just to go all warn. My trouble is if I get the back bolts and rear winch bolts in the holes the in the front are out half a hole. I can pry bar it to work but a lot of pressure is needed. If I ream out the front hole it would fit great but leaves very little steel behind the bolt.

Hello all! I’ve been stalking for the most part since my last questions about wiring a blue sea fuse box. I finally have time to work on the Grizz and need some advice. This thread is going to sort of act as my build log. I plan on taking plenty of pictures during the install, in case someone needs help in the future.
So to start, I currently have a full set of Black grizzly SE plastics otw. I’m changing from blue. With that in mind, I’m going to list the parts that I have and would like any input on which mods can be done before or after the plastics arrive. Now some things, like the electronics, i would think would have to be done after new plastics.
-3500 viper elite kit, blue synthetic rope
-2 6.5 speakers, 50 watt BT amp
-2" Highlifter lift
-Wet clutch slugs
-Titanium exhaust wrap the barkers
-Blue sea fuse box
-Rigid dually cubes (I’m going to retrofit into the headlight housings, and re-use lenses)
-Misc LED RGB accent
So those of you that have done some of these mods, does any of them jump out as something that would have been easier without the plastics on? Thanks in advance for any help/advice and feel free to ask any questions or offer opinions.

My terra 2500 does not free spool easy always was a hard free spooler. The winch has always worked good never let me down. If I tear it out do I replace it or is there any parts that could be replaced or cleaned?
Will a 2" highlifter kit cause any issues I might not be aware of. A arms, grease zerks, of hill camber, winch. Thinking I would like a bit more height but do a lot of side hilling.
