I spoke with Donald on here and he got the ball rolling for me. From there a sales rep. named Adam gave me a call to finalize everything. Deal is done!!! Tires scheduled for deliver Monday…well Monday afternoon came and UPS delivered only 2 of the tires….there was a lot of back and forth between me, UPS, and the guys listed above.
All I can say is UPS has its head so far up its rear end it’s not even funny! To be honest I think they were just telling me anything to get me off the phone. Well long story short Donald, Adam and Steve all were happy to take my calls (of which I’m sure I was a pain in ass…) and did everything they could on their end to make sure I was taken care of.
After UPS said they weren’t even sure if I would receive them by Wednesday I left work early because I started coming down with a fever. When I got home my boss called me and told me that UPS showed up when we were shutting down and dropped off the other 2 tires.
Well I spent all day yesterday either in bed or at the doctors so I didn’t get the tires on until lunch today. I do have to say they look GREAT! The only issue I had was that the lug nuts were the exact size as the opening for them in the rim so you had to make sure the studs were dead center of their hole or you will not get the lug nut to thread on. Never in my life has it taken me 15 minutes a tire to install!!!
Other than me needing a little hair on it to guide them everything fit great and looks even better!
If you’re ever in need of rims/tires give Donald a ring…you won’t regret it!! By the way after my rebates I got 4 rims and tires for $500.00!!! Try to beat that!
