2014 Can am 650 Outlander Flat Tire issues

I have the above atv and in the past year I have gone through 6 tires probably, well on my 6th and it has a hole but Hi Lifter Tire sealant, seems to be better than the rest, but not as good as I hoped, it’s helping it hold some air though.

Either way the fact it I have the stock tire I believe they are 6 ply thick and overall from what I’m told shouldn’t have the issues I been getting.

I mean yes I do like to ride hard at times but I have risen for years with older Can Am models 2008 800 and 400, 500’s and never had issues like I have with these particular tires and rims it seems.

Is anyone else having issues with this and kinda frustrated. I mean 6 ply is pretty dam good and since my ATV is already heavy enough compared to other makes and models and Im about 200 lbs myself. I get worried about getting thicker heavier tires and losing the little agility I have it the tight areas and the nice pick up and top speed I currently get.

Any recommendations or help with this would really be appreciated before I waste $1000 dollars on some tires that won’t do jack for my situation. :th_smiliefrustrated

2014 1000xxc upper shock bushings

Here’s my issue. It appears my upper shock bushings are shot. Was out the other night and started to get a loud audible clunk and felt the same thing through the handle bars. Jack the front up and I can clearly see the movement.

I’ve looked online and can’t seem to find anything, surprisingly the local can am dealership wasn’t much help….they did tell me they have seen sleds with the same issue.

Does anyone know where I can obtain new bushings and bushing sleeves or point me to a different or better alternative, the noise and feeling is driving me crazy

Thanks in advance.

2014 1000 Max Limited rear suspension problems

Can anyone tell me how to set my 2014 Outlander Max Limited rear air suspension? When I set the suspension to a higher setting, basically anything above 1. When I shut the machine off and restart it, it returns to the number one setting, it won’t hold anything higher, super frustrating when hauling a heavy load or riding double. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If possible email me direct at jonnybigguns@msn.com
