2009 Renegade 800 drive belt/clutch issues

Just bought a used 2009 renegade 800 and rode it 5 miles and blew the belt. Went to pull cover off and the back clutch bolt head was pushed thru the cover. Put new drive belt on and retorqued the bolt down. Everything looks good except put it in gear and very little accelaration and wont go without reving in way up in low gear and then maybe 2 mph is all. With in 100yds that bolt was pushed back out thru the cover. Not sure what problem might be. Any help would be apperciated

09 outlander maintenance

I have a 09 outlander max xt and I’m wanting to change all the fluids. Can somebody tell me how much fluid I’m supposed to put in everything? And is Shell Rotella T6 5w-40 a good oil to run in the motor?:tools1:

400 outlander dies after running for and hour.

Took my 400 outlander out for the first run of the year. After about an hour or so it started to run poorly, not keeping revs up. I checked the air cleaner and spark plug, both seemed ok. Machine started up and ran fine for another extended period of time(2 hrs) and did not start to loose rpms again until I was heading home on the road and was wound out. Engine started to die again. Is it an overheating issue or a possible vent/vacuum problem.

Stripped Muffler Drain Plug

Hi everybody , I used the wrong size Allan wrench , I usually remove it once in while just to oil it , keep it from ceasing , now the head is stripped any ideas how to remove it. There isn’t enough sticking out to get a plier on it, I was thinking of welding a nut on it but kinda hesitant hooking a welder on the bike because of electronics . Thanks for replying 🙁 want to be :yahoo:
