Running nos on scrambler 850

I want to run nos on my scrambler 850. I want to start mudda cross racing or cmr racing how do I get started and what would I have to do to my bike to be able to run nos on it?
Specs:
2014 scrambler 850xp
Qsc clutch kit racing springs
Triangle snorkle kit
Big gun exhaust
Ol2s
Rhino axles
SLc 3" with 2.5 rake

tuning 08 outlaw 525s

I put a yoshi RS5 exhuast on my 08 outlaw 525s and was wondering what stage jets I should use to stop the sputtering on top end of each gear. Or any advice on the matter.

Trantham Takes Third Win of the Season

Minneapolis, May 12, 2015- After a win in 4×4 Pro at GNCC Round 5, Team UXC Racing would head to Odessa, New York for GNCC Racing’s Round 6, The Tomahawk, and, once again, put the Scrambler 850 on the Pro 4×4 podium.

Teammates Michael Swift and Kevin Tratham would start mid-pack and would pass the class leader with a lap-and-a-half to go. It would be all Swift and Trantham to the line with Trantham finishing first, and also taking the overall, with Swift right behind him crossing the line a full minute and 20 seconds before the third place finisher. Trantham sits in second in class points with Swift in third for the season.

Off a win last time out, Team UXC Racing’s 4×4 Senior Racer Don Higbee would hit the podium with a third place finish on his Scrambler 850. Higbee sits in third for the season in the class.

The next GNCC race is the Mountaineer Run, in Masontown, West Virginia, May 23-24, which will include ATV, UTV and Single-Seat classes.

Smaller MX tires, opinions?

guys I have a 400x with stock front and rear tires, 450r shocks and ccp steering damper. I’ve been hitting the mx track every weekend and considering a race, would a set of smaller 20" fronts and 18" rears provide a noticeable (worth it?) handling improvement? If so in what ways? I realize the smaller rears will spin up quicker, much like a larger rear sprocket, but will they help corner speed too? I’m trying to decide what will provide a bigger effect on lap times, tires or pipe and jetting. Obviously seat time, which I’m working on. Thanks.

Swift gets first win of the Season

Minneapolis, April 30, 2015– Team UXC Racing would head to Springville, Ind. for GNCC Racing’s Round 5, the Limestone 100 this past weekend and leave with two wins for the Scrambler 850.

It would be Michael Swift’s day taking the 4×4 Pro Class and morning overall on his Scrambler 850. Off the start, Team UXC teammates Kevin Trantham and Swift quickly worked their way to the front of the class just in what was set to be a wet and slick day of racing. Swift took the lead around the 4 mile marker on lap one with Trantham close behind. On the start of lap two, Swift managed to create a small gap between him and his class which he was able to build on each lap. Despite the rain which made the course more difficult, Swift was able to hold his lead all the way to the checkered flag with 1 minute and 40 seconds to spare. The win would be Swift’s first of the season and moved him into third place in the class standings for the year, with Trantham, who finished fifth, sitting in second.

Off a third place finish last race, Team UXC Racing’s 4×4 Senior Racer Don Higbee would also take the win on his Scrambler 850 for his first win of the season. Higbee sits in third for the season in the class.

The next GNCC race is the Tomahawk, in Odessa, NY, May 9-10, and the next UTV and Single Seat Race will be the Mountaineer, at Marvin’s Mountain Top, in Masontown, West Virginia, May 23-24.
