Okay about 1 year my stock axles started clicking a lot. So I bought some super ATV rhino axles for the back. It’s been about a year and a half since I put them on. They have been clicking for a while and I’m ready to replace them. Does anybody know a inner CV joint replacement kit that will fit on rhino axles? I hate to have to buy new axles.

I have a 2004 Polaris Sportsman 700 twin. I have been buying YUSA batteries (about one per year) but they continue to go bad. I have changed the starter and regulator in hopes that may be draining the battery but no luck. I have winch and I leave the cable hooked up to the battery but the winch is not plugged in. Is anyone having similar issues or know how to rectify this issue? I would appreciate any advice since this is getting expensive.

Just picked up my first ever Quad. 2000 Magnum 325. Most of my wheeling up to now has been with Jeeps. Hoping to add to the fun I’ve had that way by opening up more trails and opportunities. Also plan on using it as a utility vehicle for plowing and working around the home.

I just bought a 1997 Sportsman 400 with only 2500 mi. It definitely needs a new battery. It also appears that the charging system is not working. The 4×4 does not lock in when the button is pushed in and no lights work and I don’t think the cooling fan works either, but I don’t think I’ve gotten it hot enough to turn on the fan. I am an electrician by trade and am mechanically inclined, so I have the ability to do some trouble shooting. I need some help finding the fuses and relays. Does all the plastic have to be removed to access these components? Can I get a wiring schematic for this machine? Any advice, tips, or help is appreciated.
Also it’s going to need some brake pads soon, where can I buy parts that are reasonably priced?

Have owned Polaris Sportsman 400 (wife) and 500 (mine) since 2005. Really like them. Just bought 2 new 2015 570 Sportsman’s to replace old ones. Hope they are as good as the older ones. Will post issues if we have any.
