Hi Guys,
new here but not new to the Polaris family.
I just bought a used 2004 Sportsman 400 mainly for hunting.
I also have a 2012 RZR S LE.
I’ll probably end up replacing the exhaust on my 400: the can is badly rusted…
I don’t really want it to be any louder so I’m not sure if any aftermarket systems remain around the same dB level?
Got a 4×4 polaris 2007 it says on tag cant decode vin wont tell me nothing
It has 500 ho on tank plastic but dont match bottom plastic so i know its not a 500.I need help to determine what size it is, the tag also saids type atv-a.
Please need. Thanks grumpy2lo

I have an 02 700 Sportsman than runs great until the headlights are turned on. Shortly afterwards the engine starts to misfire and will stall regardless of throttle input, the digital odometer display also goes haywire. I have replaced the voltage regulator/rectifier located above the radiator as well as the two 20 amp circuit breakers located in black pouches. The battery is less than 2 years old and voltage remains around 14.5 when the misfire starts to happen.
Any help is appreciated, thanks.
