my atv will stall out at random times. usally takes about 20-45 minutes and can get it going again. it will act like it runs out of gas even when its full. it will usally start with the choke on even when the motor is warm, but when I try to push choke in, it dies.. this goes on a few times till it starts running again… I use 89 or 93 gas ONLY. completely stumped…

Hello everyone. I have just got a 2015 Sportsman 570 X2 EPS in Sage Green. I have added a Polaris HD 3500 LB Winch, Front & Rear Brushguards, 27" Maxxis Bighorn Tires and 1" Wheel Spacers. Abesolutely love the machine!

I am looking at trying to do some upgrades to the lights. I have seen the 3 Light Mod and the HID Kits but I really wanted to go LED. When I looked at the Polaris LED Headlight Kit (#2878542) I really liked the look of that. However, after doing some research it says it will work on 2014 570 EPS & 2014 550 X2, but not on the 2015’s. Has anyone been able to get them to work on a 2015 570 X2? Any idea what changed from 2014 to 2015 keeping them from working?

If those just aren’t gonna work I’m gonna do the 3 light mod and change the bulbs to either the Polaris Xenon 50 watt or Silver Star Ultras. Has anyone been able to compare those 2 bulbs, as to which one is brighter?

Hey Everyone… This is my first time purchasing an ATV and so far my Polaris is awesome. Mods so far front and rear winch and something to hold my bow.

I am looking for input on front brush guard that will work for my 570 so any import is greatly appreciated.

Whats going on guys! Just bought my first ATV lastnight. Its a Polaris 450 HO Sportsman . I bought it used, its a 2006. Paid $3500.00 for it. Came with a plow, and a winch. Pretty good I think! It has 900 miles and 154 hours. I’m really happy with it so far but havent really done anything with it yet.

I live in Ohio, near Toledo area, and have about 100 acres behind my house of woods and fields. I shoot guns on my property so getting the ATV will make that easier, and there are trails through the woods that I plan on going through and tearing it up! As of now, i’ll check the oil, and the tires, change the spark plugs and the filters, and make it all clean before my first ride.

I used to be into my 07 Eclipse a lot and was a part of the club4g forum for that and loved the people and the help and the tips so I figured I would join a club for my new ATV! 🙂

Any tips/tricks/upgrades I should make to my Sportsman? Also, what other years/models are the same as my 450? For example, with cars, 2006-2009 Eclipse are essentially the same car. The headlights, bumpers, everything is interchangeable. I dont know if the same goes for ATVs.

Retired from the USMC and living in Eastern North Carolina. Just purchased a 2013 Sportsman 400 HO. I am installing a new winch and it is asking me to conect wire (red and supplied with winch cable) into a wire on Sportsman that works with the turning on and off of the key….chcked the back of the ignition and there is six (I believe) wires going into the back….which wire should I use?????
