Fuel programmer wasn’t used very long. Had a aftermarket exhaust and took it off not to long after because of sound so no longer need the programmer. Still in original packaging.
Replacing a starter on a 2006 rancher 350 for a buddy. The original starter would work sometimes and other times it would just "click" until you hit it with a screw driver. Question is this new starter that he gave me seems to be a aftermarket one. It is very loud. IS that Normal or am I doing something wrong?
Bring up winches and next think I know mine won’t work?!? Power to solenoid, no power out to winch. Took cables that go to the winch off the solenoid, hooked a jumper box up and winch works. Stupid solenoid is bad again??? How is that possible? I don’t understand how I keep frying them. Warn is sending me a new one but it’s just the idea of it. Winch is less then a year old too
Winters coming fast on us here after being in the 70’s the past couple days and now 6+in of snow. My synthetic winch line has had its fair share of days and is showing wear.
What kind has everyone had luck with and reccomends?
Is it necessary to us the designated "plow rope" that is like 8ft long? My only problem with that is I go riding often in the snow and just unhook the plow and go, if I get stuck then my winch is useless.
This is going on a warn provantage 3500-s by the way.

I have mounted up a winch on my snow plow for a power angle. With that being said, would running 2 winches off the battery kill my charging system? I’m concerned it would be pulling to much current between 2 winches, headlights + 2 led light cubes, heated grips and thumb warmer. The main winch to raise and lift is a warn provantage 3500-S and the one on the plow to angle is a superwinch lt3000
For all of you loving the bighorns, well I’m not so much right now. Only have 200 miles on these tires. One tire had chunks of rubber coming off and the lugs splitting. Working on getting a warranty for it. Now I just realized that a front tire has a huge crack down the middle of the tread and it working its way along the bottom. And this tire is on the FRONT,, Soo it’s not being abused???? Not sure if I just got a bad batch or what.
I got side to side movement in both front tires and handle bars.. I am guessing tie rod ends?
Also have movement at from top to bottom so guessing wheel bearings? Right side is worse then left.
Also toe is bad, can notice it by just looking. Did some quick measurements and front of tires are 25-1/4 in apart and back of tires are 27-1/2 in apart.
What are good tie rods? Oem or aftermarket?
For wheel bearings I was going to go with oem or boss bearings.
My brake pads keep getting super hard and then my braking suffers? Not sure why. This happened to my stock ones so I just thought it was time to upgrade to new ones. I then got ebc severe duty pads, now about 700 miles later and the pads are hard and my braking sucks. What’s happening?
