800 Can-Am Outlander Max Limited 2 up

I have a 2010 Can Am Max, limited edition 2 up. My four wheeler has been nothing but trouble. I have had a warranty claim that the dealership was never able to fix. The water pump went out under warranty (they said that the antifreeze in the oil wouldn’t hurt it). The air suspension goes up and down when the motor gets hot. the dealer was never able to resolve. The 4 wheeler is on the 3rd stater and the dealer said that it looks like this one is going bad. Motor locked up on it and the dealer is unable to find anything wrong except that the crank looks to be a few thousandths of an inch out of spec. Can Am is refusing to repair the unit because it is now obviously out of warranty, never mind the fact that the issues that were reported under warranty were never resolved. Please be cautious as I have had very poor customer service with BRP. My 4 wheeler has been in the shop for 18 weeks and 3 days and BRP replied to me in an email today that I would have to pay for the repair. They do not even know what is wrong with the unit and they still haven’t resolved the complaints that were filled in 2012. I am very disgusted and have experienced the worse customer service ever. Polaris vehicles have been excellent and I have never had the issues that I have with Can-Am. Incompetent dealerships and poor customer relations with BRP specialist.:th_smiliepissed::tools1::th_smiliepull hair:
