2011 Polaris 900 XP
2,856 miles 245 hours
I am the original owner, I purchased it from a local Polaris dealer and have made improvements to the machine since it was new. I am an experienced welder and fabricator that has built and worked on all types of off road and on road machines. With that experience and lots of tools I built this RZR to be strong and dependable. With each modification I made I took into consideration that my wife and I would be regularly riding alone way out in the wilderness. So I took the time to do the research to find and eliminate any possible weakness or problem that Polaris built. And I addressed each and every one of those with after market parts or hand fabricated parts that I made.
This RZR has been awesome, I have never rolled it or wrecked it and it literally goes anywhere! I regularly drive it on the Rubicon and Fordyce trails, it easily walks through those trails much faster than a Jeep or Buggy can. I have taken it to Moab, Utah and it did incredibly well there as well. In the winter (when we get snow) I take it on snow runs with buggies on 40" plus tires and it keeps up and can do much steeper climbs than them. With the 32" tall tires it’s top speed is 77 mph, with 28" tires I have gotten 88 mph out of it. There are no major problems with this RZR, it has the regular scratches and minor defaults from being enjoyed on the trail. This RZR is set up perfectly and I am only selling it to get a larger RZR.
I have taken care of this RZR with regular servicing and oil and filter changes. I would not hesitate to jump in this machine and go on any of the above mentioned trails alone. This is a strong, dependable machine, and I have taken pride in my craftsmanship in making it so!
I am only interested in selling it, no trades and no low ballers or scammers or time wasters.

-Front suspension is all custom and nearly unbreakable in design for a RZR. It is built out of 1"x2"x.120" tubing.
-Upper A-arms have been converted to a double bolt and double shear design, making them much stronger than the stock single bolt single shear design.
-Lower A-arms are high clearance with skid plates and are 2" forward, allowing more tire clearance and higher ground clearance. The pivot points are Delrin bushings and they pivot on 1/2" grade 8 bolts now instead of factory 10mm bolts.
-To eliminate the weak factory ball joints both upper and lower A-arms use high quality 3/4" Teflon lined FK heim joints that are rated for over 28,000 lbs breaking strength. These are the size you would see on a full size rock crawler.
-Blue Torch Fabrication built heavy duty spindle pins out of 4140 Chrome moly steel to adapt to the 3/4" heim joints. These spindle pins are the strongest ones available.

-Super ATV Rhino Heavy Duty Axles and CV’s in the rear
-Super Winch Terra 4,500 lb. wide spool winch with synthetic rope and aluminum hawse and rubber stopper. This is the widest spool winch you can mount on a RZR 900 which allows the most cable/rope storage for long pulls. To date this has been my favorite and quietest winch I have ever used or owned. I have pulled full size rock crawlers back onto their wheels after they have rolled. I have never been able to get this winch to stall out, it just keeps pulling!
-KFI winch plate frame brace installed to hold winch
-Carrier Bearing on front prop shaft has been upgraded to a heavy duty greasable solid steel pillow block.
-Front prop shaft yokes have been cut off and re-welded in phase, the way Polaris should have done it. This reduces vibration/sound while in AWD.
