Grizzly 660 electric problems…

Hello, I have a 2004 grizzly 660. He was for a long time staying in garage, when I wanted to go for a ride all problems started. From begining it was everything ok, I hit start it goes on works a bit and after went off, I tried again and again everything fine, drived 4 meters and it turned off, when I tried 3’rd time to go on the light turned off on screen and starter didn’t make anything, i thought it is battery empty and put it on charge. Now battery is loaded and when I press on brakes(left right or foot) screen goes off, when i turn on lights same problem, but after a bit screen is on. When I press to blink screen goes crazy, shows that I am driving few km/h (4-5km) and relay that is in front clicks very fast. After I tried to start motor with handstarter, few times and it went on, drived 10m and saw that when I press brakes it show me that I drive with 20km, but actually I stay on same place but it show 20km/h. Checked starter relay as it is shown in manual, works fine. Tried to check starter by connecting black cable from starter with + from battery and it does not make anything. Can someone help with an advice where to look? Thank you very much. And sorry for my english :):icon_ cry::icon_ cry::icon_ cry:

TPS Adjustment on New Throttle Body Assembly

I just purchased a new throttle body assembly for my 2007 Sportsman 500 EFI and it already has the TPS attached to it from the factory. On the new throttle body assembly, do I need to do any adjustment to the throttle position sensor at all. I was told that the sensor is set at the factory and I should not loosen or adjust the sensor.

So is the install of the new throttle body assembly with the TPS attached just plug and play? Please advise.

Hooking up a bomb a## Wes Industries Classic Deluxe Plus

These guys are out of French Canadia and make a really well reviewed trunk/seat. Just got in their classic version with tail light, and heated grips and seat. The electrical wires coming out of it are green, yellow, brown and white. Installation instructions indicate the white is ground, yellow is rear light, and green is ‘direct’ whatever that is. Literature doesn’t indicate anything about the brown wire, although it seems to be joined with the yellow wire while the other two wires are separate. Reminds me of the paired colored wires in a trailer light kit. Makes me wonder if the brown has something to do with the light as well, dunno.

So anybody have any idea where I start digging into the ’11 700 Grizz’s electrical system to start powering this bowhemeth up? Wes thoughtfully designed the harness with a connection in the middle so disconnecting is straight forward.

white is ground
yellow is rear light
green is ‘direct’
brown?

Question about oil in air box

Has anyone had oil in the air box where the bottom and side of your air filter is filled with oil before? The top cover has a slight film of oil, I was playing quit hard last time it was out I’ll attach a few pictures, probably a 3/4"-1" or so of oil in the bottom. Just wondering if it’s from being over full, playing hard, or if my rings are pooped, it’s a gen 1 renegade. There’s is 3 pictures attached to give a general idea of what I’m talking about.

Grizzly 600 slipping

So my 98 600 acts like the belt is slipping but only when the engine as cold.when it warms up it pulls just fine but till then you have to mash on it to move. I’ve rode it without the belt box on and couldn’t see the belt slipping so I’m kinda lost.
