Picked up a used bike and I think I am missing something. Put new bearing up front and when I go to put it back together it seems something isnt there (explains why the seals are trashed). Is there some sort of a spacer or something before I put the castle nut on? The castle nut it hitting the seal now and I know that isnt right. Anyone know what I am missing? Have a picture of it correctly installed? Thanks

Well I finally got back to the ol stomping ground and I have to say they have improved that place a lot. But it did remind me why I bought the full skids, that place is rocky but awesome trails.

1988 TRX350D head bolts…

I am putting the top end together and I neglected to mark which flanged head bolt is on the exhaust side and which one is by the intake side. They are considerably different in length and dropping them in the hole did not convince me 100% where the long one and short one belong. The manual does not mention the different lengths either.

I forgot to mark them now I am stuck because I don’t wish to crack the cylinder by mixing them up
