570 Wont start. Valve Adjustment?
My wifes 2015 570 SP will not start. It has about 1400 miles, guessing about 80 hours. Had it out all day Saturday riding. No problems. Got it home and left it on the trailer over night with my and my buddys 570’s. Went to pull them off the trailer Sunday afternoon and hers would not start. It will turn over and I can smell gas and I got a little bit of a backfire a couple of times. But it would not fire. I started thinking about it and recall that I did have to give it a touch of throttle to get it started up and to keep it running till it warmed up a little the last few times I started it cold, but that did not help this time either.
Anyway, these are the same symptoms her 2013 500 had when it needed a valve adjustment. If this is the case, it seems a little more difficult of a job on the 570 than the 500. Has anyone taken it on? How was it? If I were to take it to the dealer does anyone have an idea of what they should be charging for the valve adjustment?

I have a 2015 rancher with 1300 miles and have been taking great care of it but once in awhile I will have have a line on my dash and have to push up and down in order to get it in gear.I have a five year warranty but what would they do to to it if they take it in?Does this happen to all of them?

Read all the threads on this which was a help but like others had problems with those nuts you have to rivet. My take on these tricky items as follows, Only operate your rivet gun once not twice as the instructions say, then use a hex headed bolt to finish off-gives you more control, if the nut turns then use rivet gun a bit more to tighten then back to the hex bolt. Took me the 2hours just to get these nuts secure after which rest was a breeze. Stock skid plate on 2015 Outy 650 XT was a joke my 2010 Outy 500 had a better one.Agree with previos post why dont BRP fix these nuts at the factory.

1986 trx125 ignition problems. Help!
Hey guys, i was trying to see if any of you had encountered this before. My wifes atv was running great last week. While it was running i shut it of and tried to start it back up a minute later. It wasnt starting so pulled plug out and no spark. I went in the garage today and just pulled it see what would happen and it sparked for probly 4 pulls, then nothing again! Ive never encountered this and hoping some of you could help me out thanks!

Adjustable throttle lever
My hands are bad so they hurt pretty quickly. To make riding more tolerable, I designed and built a few adjustable throttle levers. They are a direct swap for the oem lever. You can adjust the angle so you don’t have to reach very far and your hand is in a more natural position. I made one with a hook shape. You only need to pull your thumb in to give it gas. The other is a wide arc to give you that more familiar push motion.

Lift kit
Got a 2016 sportsman 570 base model….what’s a good lift kit to go with? And are the base models and sp models have the same suspension? Been looking at the highlifter kit but only found it for the sp…
